Starting off our research with the CSD Matrix, our main goal was to figure out what challenges pre-sellers encounter and what they need every day. We chose the CSD matrix because we didn't have clear information and had lots of questions about the user experience. This method helps us define the problem and get a quick look at the messy information, which we can later double-check with other research methods.
For the next step, we conducted a Desk Research to gather additional data and better comprehend the tools and practices currently available in the market. The key points observed were:
A proto-persona was formulated using information collected through Desk Research and the CSD Matrix to gain a deeper comprehension of the motivations driving pre-sellers. The goal was to align the product's potential outcomes with their needs.
User Interface
For this project, I aimed to create an interface that pre-sellers and sales managers would find effortless to navigate. I concentrated on streamlining their daily workflow, providing clear visibility into prospecting activities, and presenting crucial performance metrics in an easily digestible manner.
